Return policy

1.    You have 4 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2.    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

3.    Please contact our customer care representatives and they will arrange the pickup for the products.

Refunds

1.    Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.    If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your bank account as soon as possible.
